If the target is not met, you may still choose to provide the prize. If you decline, a winner is still selected and we will pay them a cash compensation equal to 80% of the amount raised, capped at 80% of the raffle’s funding goal. You keep the item.

How does the seller get paid?

Once a raffle fills and a winner is drawn and prize is fulfilled, the seller receives 100% of their asking price as earnings. Earnings are automatically paid out to the seller's bank account on a weekly schedule. They can also use earnings as ticket credits before settlement.

How is the winner selected?

Winners are selected through a transparent, verifiable random draw process once all tickets are sold. The system ensures fairness and complete impartiality.

How do I get my prize if I win?

If you win, seller will coordinate prize delivery. Both sellers and winners work together to ensure smooth handovers. If a seller chooses not to provide the prize, you'll receive compensation credits to your wallet.

Can I get a refund if I don't win?

No-all ticket purchases are final. Every raffle draws a winner when the deadline is reached, regardless of whether it reached its target. You always have a chance to win either the prize or compensation!

How does the wallet and referral system work?

Your Raffle Shop account tracks your ticket credits and earnings. Use ticket credits to buy tickets on any live raffle. Earnings are automatically paid out to your bank account on a weekly schedule. For referrals: share your code with friends-when they buy a ticket, you automatically get a free ticket to that same raffle, for up to their first 10 purchases! Example: if your friend buys a ticket worth £10,000 to a house raffle, you get a free £10,000 ticket to that same house raffle.

What is free postal entry?

Every competition offers a free postal entry option. Send a handwritten letter by post to enter without buying a ticket. Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries. Full details are on the free entry page.
