Getting Started

Register your business

Listing as a business gives you a branded profile, trust badges, and access to tools like QR flyers and recurring raffles.

1
Verify your identity Complete KYC verification first. This is required for all sellers, individual or business.
2
Look up your company Search by company name or number. We pull details directly from Companies House to verify the business exists and you're a registered officer.
3
Auto-approval If your name matches an active officer on the company record, your business is approved instantly. Otherwise, our team reviews it manually.

Your Brand

Your business profile

Once approved, you get a public business page where buyers can browse your live raffles, see your verified status, and follow your business.

Logo and cover image Upload your branding to make your business page look professional and recognisable.
Trading name and description Set a trading name if it differs from your registered company name, and add a description so buyers know what you're about.
Trusted seller badge Verified businesses can earn a trusted seller badge, giving buyers extra confidence in your listings.

Marketing

QR code flyers

Every business gets a printable QR code flyer that links directly to your business profile. Print it, stick it in your shop window, hand it out at events. Anyone who scans it lands on your page and can browse your live raffles.

Print or share digitally Download your flyer in a standard or premium style. Works for print, social media, or in-store displays.
Drives traffic to your profile The QR code links to your business page where buyers can see all your active raffles and verified status.
Trust indicators built in The flyer shows your verified status and trust badges, so new customers know you're legitimate before they even scan.

Automation

Recurring raffles

If you raffle the same product or service regularly, like a haircut, a meal, or a monthly box, recurring raffles automate the entire cycle.

1
Set it once Create a recurring raffle with your item details and preferred duration. Toggle auto-rerun on.
2
Auto-draw and relist When the raffle completes, a winner is drawn automatically and a new raffle is created with the same settings. No manual work.
3
Manage from one place View all past and current raffles in the series from a single dashboard. Pause or stop anytime.
