Definitions

• Competition means the prize competition operated on this Website in accordance with these Terms.
• Entry means a valid entry into a Competition, whether paid or via the Free Entry Route.
• Free Entry Route means the no-purchase postal entry method described in these Terms.
• Participant means any eligible person who enters a Competition.
• Host means any user who creates a Competition and offers a Prize on the platform.
• Platform-Operated Competition means a Competition for which the platform, rather than a Host, provides the Prize fund.
• Instant Win Competition means a Platform-Operated Competition in which the outcome of each Entry is determined at the time of entry and revealed to the Participant immediately, rather than by a scheduled draw.
• Ticket Credit means non-withdrawable platform credit that may be used only to enter Competitions.
• Prize means the item or reward offered in the relevant Competition.
• Funding Goal means the total ticket revenue target for a Competition as published on the Competition page. It includes the platform fee and represents the maximum amount used for calculating any alternative prize.
• Total Proceeds means the total funds received from paid entries for a Competition.
• Platform Fee means the fee charged by the platform for operating a Competition, as shown on the relevant Competition page or checkout flow at the time of entry.
• Host Proceeds means Total Proceeds less the Platform Fee.

Acceptable Use and Content Standards

Responsible Play

• Spending Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on their account. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During exclusion, users cannot enter competitions or add funds. Removal of self-exclusion is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Account Closure: Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

Legal Status of the Service

• The platform operates prize competitions in the United Kingdom in accordance with applicable laws, including the provision of a free postal entry route.
• Entries may be submitted with or without payment, depending on the entry route chosen, and involve elements of chance.
• Payments and payouts may be processed through one or more payment service providers and, where available, by bank transfer methods initiated by the platform. The platform does not store full card details.
• The platform may carry out security, fraud-prevention, and compliance checks, including identity and account verification, before crediting entries or releasing payouts.
• The platform does not permit user-to-user transfers, remittances, or any use of the service as a payment or money-transfer facility.
• Account balances represent internal platform credit used to enter Competitions operated by the platform. Balances do not constitute e-money, stored value, or funds held or safeguarded on behalf of any third party.

Eligibility

• Entrants must be natural persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before any payout of winnings can be processed.
• The platform may require proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence results in disqualification and forfeiture.
• The platform's operators, staff, and contractors, and any other person professionally connected with the administration of Instant Win Competitions, together with members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter Instant Win Competitions.
• Any entry placed using confidential or non-public information relating to a Competition, whether by such a person or by anyone with whom that information has been shared, is void and any resulting prize is forfeited.

Prohibited Prizes

• cash, bank transfers, or any other monetary prize;
• cryptocurrency, digital assets, or any asset transferable as money;
• gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, or store credit;
• financial products, investments, securities, or similar instruments;
• controlled items, illegal goods, or anything prohibited by UK law.

Prize Hosts

• Competitions may be created by individuals or by businesses acting through a registered business account.
• The platform is the promoter of all Competitions. Hosts provide prizes but do not sell goods or services to entrants.
• The platform does not operate as a marketplace for the sale or purchase of goods. Participants do not "sell" items, and other users do not "buy" items. All user-interface labels such as "seller", "host", "listing", or similar expressions are descriptive only.
• Any item provided as a Prize is offered solely as the reward in a Competition and not as part of a commercial transaction.
• Cash alternative payments, where offered, are prize payouts only. They do not constitute payment for goods or services.
• The platform appoints each Host to fulfil the Prize on the platform's behalf. The Host is responsible for holding, preparing, and delivering or making available the Prize to the Winner.
• Business hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations in relation to any payouts received from the platform.

User Accounts and Balances

• Amounts credited to your account represent internal platform credit and are not money or cash equivalents until successfully paid out.
• Balances cannot be transferred between users.
• Balances cannot be paid out unless they originate from verified winnings.
• Payments, top-ups, and promotional credits are not payoutable under any circumstances.
• The platform may adjust, reverse, freeze, or void balances suspected of abuse, fraud, or error.
• Each account must represent a single, real individual. Users must not create or operate multiple accounts.
• Any bank account details provided must belong to the account holder or be lawfully authorised for their use.
• The same verified bank account may not be used across multiple user accounts.
• Use of third-party bank accounts, shared bank accounts, or bank accounts associated with another user may result in account suspension, voiding of entries, forfeiture of prizes, or refusal of payouts.
• Where multiple verified accounts are linked through shared bank accounts or other identifying information, the platform may treat all related accounts as non-compliant.
• Accounts inactive for 24 months or more may be closed. Prior to closure, the platform will attempt to notify users at their registered email address. Remaining non-withdrawable balances on closed dormant accounts are forfeited.
• Your profile is publicly visible on the platform. This includes your display name (first name and last initial), profile picture, and activity on the platform.
• If you win a Competition, your display name and profile will be displayed on the Competition page and may appear elsewhere on the platform.

Competitions and Entries

• Entering a Competition does not guarantee that you will win or receive any particular Prize. For draw-based Competitions, the Prize item is not guaranteed: where the Host does not provide it, your sole entitlement is the compensation for non-delivery described in the Alternative Prize section. For Instant Win Competitions, not every Entry wins and you may receive no Prize. By entering, you confirm you have read and understood this.
• Competition details, including available prizes, opening/closing dates, and entry limits, are specified on the competition page.
• The platform may reject or void entries that are incomplete, invalid, late, or non-compliant.
• Entries are final upon acceptance. See the refunds section for further details.
• The platform may extend the closing date of any Competition prior to the draw. Where a Competition is extended, the platform will notify existing Participants via their registered email address. Entries already submitted remain valid and the Competition continues to be governed by these Terms.

Instant Win Competitions

• Instant Win Competitions are operated directly by the platform. There is no Host, and the platform provides the prize fund.
• The outcome of each Entry is determined by the platform's systems at the time of entry, using a cryptographic seed that is fixed and recorded before the Competition opens and cannot be altered afterwards. This is designed to ensure that outcomes cannot be manipulated. To protect the integrity of the game and prevent it from being exploited, the seed, prize positions, and method by which outcomes are determined are not published.
• The on-screen reveal of an Entry's outcome, including any animation, sound, or action taken during the reveal (such as starting or revealing it), is a visual presentation of a result that has already been determined at the time of entry. It does not affect, change, or determine the outcome, and nothing a Participant does during the reveal can influence whether, or what, an Entry wins.
• Not every Entry wins a Prize. Entering does not guarantee a Prize, and you may receive no Prize for an Entry.
• Prizes may include Ticket Credit, cash prizes, or physical items. Ticket Credit is non-withdrawable and may be used only to enter further Competitions. Cash prizes are payable as winnings, subject to identity verification and the checks described in these Terms. Physical prizes are fulfilled in accordance with the Prize Fulfilment and Prize Delivery sections.
• A free entry route is available for Instant Win Competitions as described in the Free Postal Entry section, and free entries are treated no less favourably in chance than paid entries. Any on-platform free reward that the platform may offer from time to time is provided in addition to, and does not replace, the free postal entry route.
• Ticket Credit, free entries, reward credits, and any promotional credits have no cash value, are non-withdrawable, may expire, and may be amended, withheld, or withdrawn by the platform at its discretion, including where abuse or error is suspected.
• The platform's records of entries, outcomes, prizes, and credits are final, subject to the section on Technical Errors and Manifest Errors below.

Payouts

• Total Proceeds are calculated for each Competition from paid entries.
• The Platform Fee is deducted from Total Proceeds at the rate displayed to users for the relevant Competition at the time of entry.
• Host Proceeds are the remaining amount after deduction of the Platform Fee.
• Where the winner accepts the Prize as fulfilled, Host Proceeds are released to the Host within 7 days of fulfilment confirmation, subject to completion of applicable checks.
• Where the Host does not fulfil the Prize, revokes the Prize, or a dispute is resolved in favour of the winner, the platform will pay winner compensation within 7 days of the determination in line with these Terms.
• Where the winner forfeits the Prize (including failure to respond, complete verification, or claim within the stated timeframe), the Host remains obligated to fulfil the Prize. The Prize will be donated to a registered charity nominated by the platform. The Host receives their payout as normal upon confirmed fulfilment to the nominated charity.
• The platform may perform security, fraud-prevention, and compliance checks before releasing any payout.
• No payout is guaranteed until required checks are completed to the platform's satisfaction.

Alternative Prize and Host Fulfilment Choice

Free Postal Entry

• One free entry per submission. Each entry must be sent in a separate envelope and posted individually. Multiple entries in the same envelope will not be accepted.
• Free entries must contain the information specified on the competition page.
• Free entries are treated no less favourably in chance than paid entries.
• The platform is not responsible for postal delays, misdelivery, or loss. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
• The platform reserves the right to reject postal entries that are damaged, illegible, incomplete, duplicated, multiple pages, or non-standard envelopes.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners are selected in accordance with the competition rules. The platform may conduct audits and verification prior to public announcement.
• Winner selection uses cryptographic techniques designed to ensure fairness and auditability. The draw algorithm is deterministic and cannot be manually manipulated once the draw seed is committed.
• Winners will be notified via the contact details associated with their account. Failure to respond or complete verification within the timeframe stated in the notification will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
• Details of winners (surname and county) are available on request by emailing the platform within one month of the draw date.
• In the rare event of a technical failure affecting entry recording (not the draw itself), the platform reserves the right to correct the entry set before the draw is executed. Once a draw is cryptographically executed, the result is final and verifiable.
• By entering a competition, you agree that the platform may contact you in the event you win to request participation in post-draw publicity, including but not limited to social media posts, testimonials, or promotional content. Participation in any such publicity is entirely voluntary and you are under no obligation to take part.
• Prize fulfilment is not conditional on a Participant taking part in any publicity, photography, filming, review, testimonial, or promotional activity. A Participant's decision not to take part does not affect their entitlement to any Prize or outcome under these Terms.
• Where a Participant voluntarily provides photographs, video, reviews, testimonials, or similar content to the platform, the Participant grants the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that content for marketing and promotional purposes, until the Participant withdraws it by written notice.

Prize Fulfilment

• Winners must complete identity, age, and address verification to the platform's satisfaction. Failure to verify voids the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted except where the platform, at its discretion, provides an alternative of equal or greater value.
• Shipping is subject to carrier availability and geographic limitations. Delivery dates are estimates only. Customs, duties, and local taxes (if any) are the winner's responsibility.
• If a prize is undeliverable due to winner action or omission, the platform may treat the prize as forfeited without further obligation.

Prohibited Conduct

• You must not use any automated system, bot, or script to enter Competitions, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• You must not attempt to interfere with, manipulate, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform, its outcome or draw systems, or its security.
• You must not behave abusively or threateningly toward the platform's staff or other users.
• Breach of this section may result in voided entries, forfeiture of prizes and balances, suspension, and account closure.

Refusal of Service

• The platform may suspend, restrict, or close accounts at its discretion.
• Suspicious, abusive, or duplicate accounts may be terminated with forfeiture of entries.
• Any attempt to circumvent limits results in void entries.
• The platform may cancel or amend competitions if required for legal, security, technical, or integrity reasons.
• Where multiple accounts are linked to the same individual, household, device, payment method, or identity, all related accounts may be suspended or closed and entries voided.

Competition Cancellation

• All paid entries will be refunded as platform credit, which may be used to enter other Competitions.
• In exceptional circumstances, the platform may at its discretion offer refunds via the original payment method.
• Free postal entries are not refundable and postal costs are not reimbursed.
• The platform will notify affected Participants via their registered email address.

Payment Processing

• Payments are handled by authorised payment service providers (PSPs).
• The platform is not responsible for delays, reversals, holds, chargebacks, or compliance reviews performed by a PSP.
• No guarantee is made for instant payments or payouts. Fraud monitoring and security checks may delay payout.
• The platform may require additional verification prior to crediting entries or releasing any payouts of verified winnings.

Prize Delivery

• Winners are never required to pay any costs to take possession of their prize. All fulfilment costs, including delivery, shipping, and any transfer fees, are the responsibility of the Host.
• There is no mechanism for Hosts to charge Winners, and no payment between Host and Winner is permitted at any stage of the fulfilment process.
• Where a Prize can be shipped, the Host must arrange and pay for delivery to the Winner.
• Where a Prize is not suitable for shipping (for example, vehicles, property, or services), the Host and Winner must arrange fulfilment between themselves. The Host remains responsible for all costs associated with making the prize available to the Winner.
• Hosts must dispatch prizes within 14 days of winner verification completion.
• Winners have 14 days from notification to respond and complete verification, or the prize may be forfeited.
• Hosts must provide tracking information where available and mark prizes as dispatched on the platform.
• Delivery should typically complete within 28 days of dispatch, subject to carrier availability and destination.
• The platform reserves the right to require administrator-managed fulfilment for certain prizes, including high-value items or prizes requiring specialist transfer procedures. Where administrator-managed fulfilment applies, the platform will coordinate the transfer process and extended timescales may apply.

Refunds

• By entering a Competition, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once your Entry is confirmed.
• All entries are final and non-refundable unless legally required.
• Free entries are not returned.
• Postal costs are not refunded.

Prohibited Conduct

• Multi-accounting or operating accounts for third parties.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to create accounts or submit entries.
• Artificial inflation of odds or any manipulation of competition mechanics.
• Abuse of referral, promotional, or bonus systems.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Identity manipulation, document forgery, or misrepresentation.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all entries and balances.
• The platform reserves the right to recover chargeback fees and associated costs from the user.
• Users suspected of chargeback fraud may be reported to payment providers, fraud prevention services, and relevant authorities.
• Legitimate disputes should be raised directly with the platform's customer support before initiating any payment dispute.

Sanctions, AML, and Compliance Screening

Technical Errors and Manifest Errors

• The platform's own systems and records are the definitive record of all entries, outcomes, prizes, balances, and credits. Where anything shown to you (including an apparent win, prize, balance, credit, price, or odds) differs from the platform's records, the platform's records prevail.
• Where an Entry, outcome, win, Prize, balance, credit, or payout arises from or is affected by a software bug, defect, technical failure, malfunction, configuration error, data error, or display or pricing error (a "Technical Error"), it is void. The platform may correct, withhold, reverse, reclaim, or refuse it, whether before or after it has been displayed, credited, or paid.
• An apparent win, prize, credit, or balance shown in error creates no entitlement, and no contract for a Prize arises in respect of an outcome caused by a Technical Error.
• The platform is not liable for any loss, claimed winnings, cost, or lost expectation arising from a Technical Error, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• If you become aware of a Technical Error, including any error that operates in your favour, you must not exploit it and must notify the platform promptly. Exploiting a known error is a breach of these Terms and may result in voided entries, forfeiture of prizes and balances, and account closure.

Liability Limitations

• The platform is not liable for interruptions, delays, outages, or loss of access to the service.
• The platform is not responsible for postal delays, lost entries, or invalid free entries.
• To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the platform's total liability arising out of or in connection with a competition is capped at the entry fee paid for that competition.
• Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual Property

• All platform content, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to the platform. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them except as strictly necessary to use the service.

Dispute Resolution

• Internal process: Contact customer support with a clear description of the issue and relevant evidence. The platform will acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and provide a final response within 8 weeks.
• Escalation: If unresolved, you may escalate in writing to the platform's registered address. The platform may request additional information to facilitate review.
• No class actions: You agree to bring disputes only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.
• Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

• No guarantee of winning: Entering a Competition does not guarantee any Prize. Competitions involve chance, and you may not receive a Prize and may lose the amount paid for your Entry. You should only spend what you can afford to lose.
• Set-off and recovery: The platform may deduct or recover from your balance, your future winnings, or by other lawful means any amount you owe to the platform, including chargeback costs, fees, and any credit, prize, or payout provided to you in error.
• Tax: You are responsible for any personal tax arising from any Prize or payout you receive.
• Service availability: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Force majeure: The platform is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform in relation to the service and supersede any prior agreement or understanding.
• Communications: No statement, message, comment, or communication by the platform, its staff, or any Host, whether on the platform, by email, by messaging service, or otherwise, varies these Terms, a Competition's published terms, or the outcome determined under them, or creates any entitlement to a Prize beyond what these Terms provide. Informal discussion of fulfilment arrangements is not a guarantee that a particular Prize will be provided. Where any such communication conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
• No waiver: A failure or delay by the platform in exercising any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
